    Brent McKee
Owner/Operator I grew up on a farm in north central Oklahoma and have been repairing things all of my life. I graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1993 with a BS in Education and went to work as a teacher. For 20 years I worked in the classroom, as technology director, and school administrator. Since 2012 I worked for an educational software company (ALCA) before deciding to start my own business. During this entire time I worked for family and friends on home projects and have renovated two homes that my wife and I have purchased.

These are some pictures of projects that have been completed by 1 Top Notch Handyman.  The bay window had wood rot and cracking and needed repaired.  This was a TRR project for a local Coldwell Banker Select .
The deck was an investment property that required the second floor deck be removed and new flooring and rails installed.  The landings and stairs were an addition to add safety and function to the home.  The cement pad was added to allow entrance to first floor without tracking in dirt.
Tile project was in basement to protect the floor from pet damage from water and food.
Exterior repair around a door from water damage.  This included removing old wood and repairing interior damage and installing new siding and trim and then caulking to prevent further damage.
